Starcom21 in Champaign/Vermilion Counties

Looking for Starcom21 talkgroups used by non-ISP agencies in Champaign and Vermilion Counties.

Specifically:
1) IL DNR Enforcement
2) IL DOT (if they are using Starcom 21)
3) IL EMA
4) Ameren IP (specifically looking for electric outage dispatch / storm response)
5) Any other users?

As of this past winter, IDOT isn't using Starcom in east central IL.

In Champaign, Ameren uses 4304 for electric and 4309 for gas. 4316 is listed as gas for Danville but I can't verify that.

Don't know about your other questions. I'll listen when I have a chance over a weekend for the DNR and to Starcom if we have storm damage.

Listened a lot on Sunday and the only conservation traffic I heard was on ISP D10 A (3-Frank units) and briefly on TG 4129 which is IDNR Reg 3 Detail A. This was off the Champaign site.
