Starcom21 programing help

I am looking for help programming a used BCD396XT for Starcom21 - DuComm as I live in West Chicago and want to listen to Fire and Police for the surrounding towns.

Do you know anyone who has experience with this? I have the ARC-XT software and subscription to RadioReference but so far I can't get the correct frequencies installed.

I don't have ARC-XT. I do have a Freescan file. If ARC-XT can read it then I can send it to you or you can download Freescan.

SUCCESS, THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED OR OFFERED TO HELP !!!

A very kind "scanner" figured out where I live and stopped by to help.
It turns out I was being way to impatient with the RadioReference downloads plus I was somwhat confused.
We are now listening to West Chicago and Carol Stream Police, West Chicago Fire and DuPage Sheriff.

Now I can start figuring what else there is to listen to...
