I'm just coming back to the hobby after a long hiatus, and I'd like to monitor the Illinois Starcom system, specifically Mclean County. Can any one tell me how much of the system is P25 phase 2? I just got a Pro 106 and I'm concerned about being able to listen. Thanks!

None of Central Il has gone to phase 2. From what I gather from the CARMA list, only the suburbs have phase 2.

Its not the suburbs its one dispatch agency in the NW suburbs. Northwest central is the only Phase II right now
