STARCOM21 updates SOUTH

I got even more updates to southern IL in the last week, in 2 separate trips to Memphis TN and to Birmingham AL.

All SC21 sites I encountered are now Phase II capable, and all 700 MHz sites had changed frequencies.

We really need to get some volunteers out in the northern half of Illinois to finish the rest of the state!

Phase 2

The DuQuoin site is still reporting Phase 1. The Bluford site is offline right now. I assume for upgrades.

Edit: The Bluford site came back as Phase 2 right after I posted.

On 5/23 when I went through, it was Phase 2, I just now updated it.

It looks as tho T125-Grundy County has been shut down as I have no CC activity on it....I think its going to be converted to a T113 site for there new Grundy P25 system.....
