stark county and canton trs pd

can u hear any pd or so traffic at all on the non encrypted tgs ?? for so and canton pd how active is it ??

Stark SO is very active on talkgroup 16016 which is thier main dispatch. Canton PD is 95% encrypted. You may be able to pick up ocassional clear traffic on one of the "event" talkgroups, but that is it.
