What service is being used? I haven't heard Lifeflight for a while thought I saw medflight(green/white) any help would be appreciated.

I hear LifeFlight on TG 38752 on the MARCS system all the time (when they are flying) and a couple other med helo agencies on MARCS. Cleveland Clinic on MARCS IP and their UHF freq. The local helos coordinate traffic on 123.075 AM too.

Medflight 16 is based out of Akron. All of Medflight use the MARCS system. They also have capability on the new MARCS-IP System.
