It's not free money. It's OUR money. The system will likely have quite a bit of traffic tying not only radio sites together, but carrying computer networks and phone circuits for voice and mobile data reducing phone company charges and providing a more reliable means of connection among users.

Wait until they tie Kansas City into the network. Next will be Iowa and beyond. If you look at the nationwide picture, we could have all 48 states networked with their statewide systems interconnected. Now, that will be really cool. Mobile in Colorado talking to New York? All on 700-800 MHz systems.
