I purchased PSREdit500 on May 23 of this year; installed it on a laptop and the laptop finally bought the farm in early July. I want to install the program but he isn't around anymore. I am not overjoyed with the Butel ARC500 software. I have both a PRO-96 and a WS-1040 that I want to reprogram. I have the license key. Is there a work around for getting the program or am I out of luck?

PSREdit500 has nothing to do with Starrsoft or Don Starr.

PSREdit500 and it's creator Mike are both alive and well and the software download is available here:

FYI: If and when it goes down again, I have had luck using archive.org. They host the waybackmachine and have snapshots of the site. I was able to use it to download win95 when starrsoft was down.

Win500: - Starrsoft win500

I have had Win500 for many years using many computers. I have never ever had any problems getting it to work. If you download it, you are getting a free trial. If you don't pay, it does not work anymore because there is no key. That is my understanding.
