STARS w/ BCD996XT & FreeScan

I am helping a friend progam a 996XT with STARS for another friend. I have downloaded Free Scan and everything looked straight forward when I download STARS from RR's database, but I have not downloaded it to the scanner, yet.

Are there any settings (audio or anything else) that I will need to change for the Uniden's? Any other "gotcha's"?
