While listening to the STARS dispatch, they were on standby for a PSU transfer from Lethbridge. Any idea on what PSU stands for?

Are you sure it wasn't PICU (probably pronounced "pick you")? That would be Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

They do a fair amount of pediatric, neonatal intensive care transfers. Generally can tell if returning to Alberta Children's Hosptial.
