State DOT in OKC metro freqs

Has anyone determined what freqs the highway maintainance crews use since Frank Keating outsourced that to private contractors. I seem to remember the first contractor had problems during snow and ice getting highways cleared. The contract with them was cancelled and someone else took over. One truck I saw had a 450 mhz antenna on it.

I made this submission to Leon's LTR system back in January.

0-13-073 A Plains Bridge Contracting -- Snow Removal

They seem to service Canadian & Cleveland counties for snow removal.
