State DPS Arbuckle Mt (Davis)

I have had my 10 element beam pointed SSE listening for the Davis site (which is on the mountain.). It now appears to be up and running
with a control channel running on 859.4875. I have heard Troop F 44080 traffic on it. I receive it in better after dark. I don't know if is fully operational yet or not.

Perhaps the tower site in Ardmore and Marietta will be up soon if not already.

Sigh, I've been listening to Murray County and other local agencies down that way on VHF from my house, I suppose i'll have to point an 800 beam down that way once they all start hopping on the TRS.

You might need a 800 Meg beam just depends who bails out of VHF into the DPS system. The talk out range sure is better on VHF from the Mt top towers than 800 Mhz. Maybe they will all be on the Lex tower.
