State Fair Public Safety

I’m curious if anyone knows what channel public safety for the State Fair is using. Namely DSP and Harrington PD in addition to the fire companies. Maybe a couple KIOP channels?

I was picking up some radio traffic on Kent IOP4 (25712) last night which may have been for the police detail at the State Fair. With the big events at the Dover Speedway, there tends to be an encrypted IOP talkgroup in use for the police detail and a clear IOP talkgroup in use for EMS.

State Police are using on of their Tac Channels that are Encrypted
And Fire & EMS Will be on a IOP Channel with some activity on Harrington Fire Private Channel
