State Frequencies

A lot of states are licensed to the same HF frequencies for emergency operations. I am just curious if anyone has ever heard activity on the following frequencies?

2.3274, 2.4674, 2.4724, 2.4754, 5.1364, 7.8034, 7.8064

As an example, Colorado licenses include the following:
KB29622
KNDB974
KNDB975

Those are SHARES frequencies. Google that and you'll find details.

You probably won't hear much. They are only allowed to be used in a disaster or periodic tests.
