Here is a link to all Nebraska State Patrol Frequencies. Fremont is dispatched by Omaha Troop A most often on the Omaha or Tekamah towers.

Monitor the freqs below.
Dispatch
42.34000 Base
42.18000 Mobile
42.46000 Base
42.30000 Mobile
42.48000 Base
42.28000 Mobile

Mobile to Mobile
42.04000
45.74000
45.82000
42.20000
465.52500 - Mobile Extender

Base stations transmit on the frequency under the "Frequency" column. Mobiles transmit on the frequency under the "Input" column. Please note that NSP does not use repeaters. Depending on your antenna, you will need to be very close to the mobiles to hear transmissions. If you are using a handheld antenna, expect to hear mobiles only when they are within about 2 miles of you.

hello, from my experience (i live in fremont) ive come to find out they only use the omaha tower when they're in omaha or very near, when they're in fremont they use the mead and tekameh towers about equally, (if i had to choose 1 i would say the use the mead tower more) and when they talk to each other its ALWAYS on 42.040

with a handheld antenna i wouldnt expect to hear them from more then a mile (TOPS) away, with the antenex c40 low band antenna (tuned specifically to 42mhz) i can hear the units from about 15-20 miles away, and all 3 dispatch towers clearly
