I received an error message when downloading UniTrunker-1.0.0.23.msi, but it seems UniTrunker-1.0.0.22.msi is fine. Try that. If anybody has problems downloading these programs, I would be only too happy to email you the copies I have. Just send me a PM. Have fun scanning, I will be monitoring as well!:p

First, try these:

Index of /download (Unitrunker)

Pro96Com is a good program for P25 systems, it's a little more mechanical than UniTrunker, but does the job just fine.

Updated some site NAC's, coverage radius areas. One Wilmington site channel was wrong.
Monitoring the Wilmington site for a couple of days on UT.

Am hearing lots of usage on TG 127, sounds like it could be either DELDOT or DOC.

Seems to be a simulcast on Wilmington, Newark, and possibly other sites.

Many groups with affiliations. Radio maint (2 units) switching between groups. Only showing in Middletown site from here. Radio maint is encrypted.

Wilmington site was just active with TG127 SCI Control. Divcomm may be doing some serious work on a low traffic Sunday. Sorry I was not running UT until an hr ago. Setting up for recording now on the PSR800.

The system is site trunked, it is not simulcast like you are used to with the 800. it will only be simulcast to sites that have a user registered to the TG that is currently transmitting.

example: TG DOT1 transmits from (lets just say) middletown. it will ONLY simulcast to others sites that have users registered to DOC1.

so if you are scanning on the (another example) wilmington tower, you will not hear DOT1 transmission on your scanner if there are no registered users on that tower.

And the workers you are hearing are most likely contractors as divcomm, being a state entity, does not usually work weekends.

My guess is that the Newark site was designed only for the immediate city of Newark. Also, I think I remember seeing that it is transmitting with less power than the other sites, according to the FCC, which would make sense.

Anyway, It would be cool if we could have volunteers from around delaware (and maybe PA, NJ, and MD) assigned to certain sites to collect TG's etc. and help build a comprehensive database.
