Since the eastern side of the state is under a state of emergency I was wondering if there were any frequencies for me to listen to about what is going on over on the east side? I am listening to the EMA P25 frequencies but have not heard one thing yet... Are they not using those frequencies? Maybe I have them programed wrong? Do they use any HF frequencies? If so which? Can someone please give me some insight?

Thanks

Did you check the nationwide "Interop" frequencies?

I'm betting the traffic is mostly on the local public service freqs, I wasn't sent that way to do any work so haven't been able to monitor first hand..... although it is a regional event the response is mostly local.
