I was reading the State’s recently updated Emergency Operations Plan (http://www.nema.ne.gov/pdf/nebraska-seop.pdf), and I discovered that there are 2 Mobile 800mhz Repeaters that can be used in disaster situations:

853.2500
853.3500

WQJH489 (NEBRASKA, STATE OF) FCC Callsign Details

Also as part of this license are some other fixed repeaters:
852.5625 – Lincoln
853.3500 – Lincoln
852.6375 – Nashville
852.1125 – Brownville

None of these are in the DB. Any traffic on these frequencies?

I have only heard traffic on one of the Lincoln repeaters but that was about 3-4 years ago it sounded hammy. I can't remember which frequency it was. I will have to dig through my notes and old files again. I know I logged the DPL/PL tone but I can't find it.

Found it 853.350 has a PL 141.3. This could have changed in the past 3-4 years since I have heard any traffic.

I would be surprised if the Nashville and Brownville repeaters are NEMA for the nuke plants.
