I have two unidentified talkgroup. 36631 & 36624 Does any one know what they are?

Does any one know if this system is digital or when will it become digital?

36624 is Troop C - 5 Comm Dispatch - Central Patrols - Bordentown & Kingwood Stations. Can't help you with the other one.

C3-5 has been patched in for the last couple of days. The other tgid is the same talkgroup + the status bit.
