Can anyone tell me what a "VOR" is?
State Patrol and "VOR"

The State Patrol uses the term "VOR" to refer to a Vehicle Off Road. This means that a vehicle went into the ditch but there is no damage to state property or any injuries, they just need to get pulled out of the ditch.
Vehicle off da road - in the ditch - maybe the greasy side up etc.
