hi does anyone have the list of the channel line up for the state police radio --such as ch 1 is talkgroup 48 and its troop a dispatch. thanks
they are state police troopers and they will not give you any talkgroup lists.
There is a big difference between police and troopers!

The list in the Database is 99% accurate. They do not make too many lineup changes as it concerns the troops.
Any new changes may occur when the 9600 system is cutover in the future, but will most likely remain the same/similar as far as CSP goes.
In short, no need to reorder the talkgroups when everyone is use the same format for years at this point.
Do some reading up on how a wide area trunked system works.
If the people are going to a channel in which no one else has selected in your area, the towers will not carry the conversation. The reason why you can hear most troop dispatch channels across the state is that there are over 1,000 radios on during the day - anywhere in the state - and while troopers or other personnel are driving around the towers will follow the selected talkgroups.
No TG selected, no audio traffic. This keeps resources freed up.
Excellent and descriptive statement!
Firerick if you are still following AMR ambulances to scenes to see if you can catch them on air, you better be careful or you might be able to ask first hand what talkgroup CSP are on!
Troopers be troopin!
I'm just having a little fun with everyone!
