state police type 1 help

hello would anyone have the old setup for the state police old motorola type 1 system, im looking for all info like setting up the fleet map do i use preset or custom and what would the sizes and block be, im using uniden 996t, i know they no longer use this system just looking for the old set up, im experementing, thank you if possible please include all info i would need to set this system up and running, size and block etc.. thanks again
