State Police??

I've been browsing around looking at the different frequencies in my area. I have most of them already (at least for my area), but I'm looking at getting one of the digital trunking scanners.

What does one do to receive State Police? I'm having a bit of trouble diciphering what's listed on the website

I own a BC296,BC796 and the Radio Shack 2096 all are great radios in my opion.
