hello has any one heard when the state police might go encyrptied since we can no longer hear ncc, thanks

DSP is programmed with SELECT encryption capability on the CMD channels. N-CMD does use it more heavily than K or S. If you can't hear most of what's going on, it might be a temporary use of E by the users.
