Rapid Simulcast is on the air as of yesterday along with Black Hills simulcast at Keystone/Hill City/Rockerville/Seth Bullock this past June. This is only phase 1 not phase 2 they are not going phase 2. With the addition of Edgemont and Hot Springs as noted above.
