Does anyone have the freq(s) for WV snow plows? Are the on SIRN? P25 I or II?

Berkeley County plows are on 453.9625, listed under Dept of Highways here -- Jefferson County, West Virginia (WV) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

When I was in Elkins (Randolph County) during snow storms a couple years ago (I have been since then only in non snow weather) snow was being cleared using their regular WVDOT frequencies listed in the database here.

Plugged 453.9625 & 47.36 into my scanner and hearing digital bursts but nothing analog yet, maybe they've switched to a digital mode in my area.
