State troopers

The last two nights going to work I see state troopers with cars pulled over it seems now they take the driver out of the car and have him stand in front of the car, wonder why they are doing this going have to record these to see if I can get anything has any one seen this I see this happen on Staten Island kind of dangerous

They probably had some sort of warrant alert or probable cause to have the driver step out. Usually it isn't routine for a simple motor vehicle infraction.

Field Sobriety Test maybe? They are police and do pull over drivers under the influence or suspected of just like all other cops do.

2). Why do you feel the need to record something that has nothing to do with you ?
