I’m fixing to have my other bcd996p25 programmed for a friend of mine that lives in the Haskell area . Is there a tower site that is connected to the state agencies and other agencies in the area?

Haskell appears to overlap the Okmulgee & Muskogee County coverage areas as the maps depict below

I appreciate that information. I’m trying to decide if I need to replace the factory indoor antenna for the rubber duck from scanner master ? .

The closest site to Haskell is Coweta (1-31). Closest isn't necessarily best. It depends on terrain. Muskogee is simulcast and a 996 may have problems receiving it.
