State Trunked System Site Numbers

I recently went through Colorado and noticed that the tower numbers on my Pro-96 don't line up with the site numbers shown on the DTRS RR database entry. Are different site numbers being used, or should the tower numbers shown on a Pro-96 correspond with the site numbers in the RR entry?

Tower Numbers and System Id's are different for example;

T0125 867.9375 Deer Trail 137
T0235 867.9375 Short Creek Baldy (Coaldale) 253
T0139 867.9625 Sterling CF (Logan County) 357
T0130 868.0500 Cheyenne Mtn (El Paso County) 148
