Staten Island Railway T-Band

NYCT is building a new radio system for the Staten Is Railway. It says that it will use "...three (3) 800 MHz channels licensed to NYCT". It calls it a T-Band system. I thought T-Band was only 470-512 MHZ??

UHF T-Band Radio System Replacement

As a tourist to my neighboring state, I read this to be an 800 system to Replace an existing UHF T-Band system
