Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee
Meeting – July 19, 2022, 1:00pm-3:00pm
The Maryland Department of State Police will host a meeting of the Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee (SIEC) on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 1:00pm in the Maryland State House, Governor’s Reception Room, 110 State Circle, Annapolis, MD 21401. The SIEC is Chaired by the Superintendent of the Maryland State Police, Colonel Woodrow W. Jones, III.
Those wishing to attend the meeting may do so in person, and will need to follow all security requirements of the Maryland Capitol Police at time of entry into the building.

I think they refresh the SCIP plan every 10 years or so. Probably more often. Last one I saw was 2016.
