Hi All!
I just had a quick question about P25 scanning. I am very new to P25 trunking and I am trying to learn the basics of the systems setup.
I don't really understand how the multi-site trunking works exactly. Are all of these towers linked together on one master controller so all talkgroups across the state can access any tower it's closest too perhaps like roaming?
(ex. if a user on the state system travels outside of their local tower where their dispatch talkgroup is on, can they still access their local dispatch operations on another tower?)
If anyone can give me some information or pointers to get started on learning more about P25 trunking, please feel free to fill me in!
