Statewide Tornado Drill

Indiana will be having their Statewide Tornado Drill tomorrow (March 17) as part as Severe Weather Week. The tests will be from 9:15-9:30 AM CDT (10:15-10:30 AM EDT) and then again at 6:30-6:45 PM CDT (7:30-7:45 PM EDT) tomorrow. All citizens are encouraged to participate in the tests by implimenting there severe weather plans. Also local emergency managment, schools, and hospitals should also participate. If severe weather threatens tomorrow the test will be held Thursday (March 18) at the same times listed above.

We had ours today 3-17-2010 Weds for Metro Indianapolis/Marion County on 146.76 and 443.250 for both the Morning and the evening test.My Emergency Mangement Siren east of my home also went off both times today with no problems.
