Station Alert

Hello,

Not sure if this is the correct spot to place this, so if a mod feels the need to move it, please do so.

I have been tasked with building a station alert system for my fire house and have a general direction of which way to go, but would like some input from others who have built the same thing...


We will have a total of 6 speakers on this system.

4 can be on one channel with the other two needing to be independent. The reason for this is we need the capability to turn down the volume in certain areas at certain times.

Speakers will be placed as follows: one in each dorm (3) one in training room (1) one in day room (1) one in bay (1)

We have a minitor V with amplified charger. I now need help with selecting an AMP and speakers for this build. Any suggestions would be great.

Get a TOA 70 volt amplifier. Atlas Sound volume control with relay for each speaker. What this does is allow you to turn down the volume on any speaker and when the Minitor goes off, you can then send a signal to the volume control and it will make all speakers go fun volumes.
