For starters

TN covers all towns in Tolland county except for Hebron and the University of Connecticut (Station UC). TN also covers East Windsor and Ashford.
QV is most of Windham County except for Putnam which is Station WA.
WW is the city of Willimantic Fire, Windham hospital paramedics, North Windham, South Windham, Windham Center and Franklin
KX is Colchester, Hebron, Marlborough, East Hampton, Bozrah etc I cant remember them all.

Check the Data bases in these towns to find your specific frequencies.

Good Luck!

So each station isn't their own frequency, each town has their own frequencies? And do you know the frequency for WA, its not in the database.

Each Regional Dispatch center operates on various frequencies.

For example TN operates on 33.44 as the primary operating frequency. Over time as departments purchase UHF portables they construct UHF to Lowband Cross band repeaters in their town for improved coverage. There are several 33.44 cross band repeaters in operation.

Also QV operates medical calls on 33.88 and Fires on 33.90. They also have two UHF frequencies which the operate calls on.

What you need to do is find the repeaters nearest to your location and tune them in.

Good luck

All of the above mentioned stations dispatch on 33.80 179.9 with the exception of UConn (Station UC) and Willimantic Fire (Station K).

Some QV Specific info:
33.80 179.9 Dispatch
33.88 179.9 EMS Lowband Ops
33.76 179.9 Fireground
33.90 179.9 Fireground
460.600 192.8 UHF Operations (Ch. 1-4)
453.375 123.0 UHF Operations (Ch. 11-13)

Station WA dispatches for the City of Putnam Fire Department and for Putnam EMS. They dispatch via 33.80. Dispatch is also simulcast on 154.355 156.7 which is Putnam Fire and 155.295 146.2 which is Putnam EMS. Putnam Fire then operates on 154.355 and can use a cross band repeater if they go mutual aid to a QV town. Putnam EMS operates on 155.295 all the time. If the call is in East Putnam (part of their jurisdiction but a QV town) then they also operate on whatever QV assigns them to.
