Well...I just obtained a Pro-95, and what a nice scanner it is.
I had a SC200 before that and boy what a huge difference.
I've been listening to it constantly and I'm still figuring out the features.

When I bought it from Radio Shack, the day I go in there, their computers
are down and there are only about 5 customers in the store.
The person that was helping me was very nice and patient
with having to make manual tickets instead of the computer
(good thing I was paying in cash). The manager, on the other hand,
wasn't too calm, I kept hearing him say things
under his breathe and then out loud he yells, "I'm so close to quiting!".
Man...I enjoyed going to that RS before this happened.
I pass up another RS on my way to this one because this store has
always been a nice clean
store (unlike the one I pass to go here).

After the other person, finally finished up with my ticket. I asked him
about the free programming that it says on their website. He didn't know
what I was talking about, but the manager said yes, that it's just a dump
of the local area. So, I have him do that for me, because I wasn't going
straight home from there.

I have downloaded the Win95 software and I have downloaded several files
from different YaHoo! groups for my area and uploaded them to the
scanner. It's nice being able to hold that many channels.

So far...I've been real happy with the pro-95.
I'm sure I'll be asking questions about, of course, after I do a search on
these forums.
