Stereo to mono cable which combines signal

I have a Behringer MicroMix 4 port line mixer at work. I input both my scanner and computer audio into it and a mono earpiece out.

The only issue I have is I only get the audio from the left channel from the computer.

Anyone know of a 1/4" mono to 3.5mm stereo that also combines the left and right streams into one stream on the mono side?

Thanks but doing more research I learned I need to find cables with resistors in them.

After learning about the resistors, I also learned these are called summing cables. I found these:
