I just did a major update and cleanup of Steuben County thanks to several day's observations and submissions by a visitor to the area.
There are no reliable RRDB submitters in the Steuben and Chemung area and nobody seemed to care about wrong listings such as Corning Fire P25 repeater still listed as analog.
Most Steuben Fire listings came from a submitted list years ago that appeared to be a codeplug dump. The problem with codeplug data is the fact that a frequency is in an agency's radio does not always indicate who the real user or purpose is.
Major change is I created separate categories for Corning City and Town and moved listings that had all been associated with Corning City Fire to appropriate categories. Corning City Fire Operations 460.4375 repeater is now properly listed as P25 2C0 NAC.
The only missing item is the unconfirmed PL for Corning City Fire Fireground 453.3625. Simplex fireground operation and infrequent use prevented reliably verifying the PL which is probably 186.2.
