When I am in Steubenville and I have my scanner cranked up, I never hear any ambulance traffic on the radio but I always hear them screaming down the Blvd. They obviously are not paged out on UHF 452.550 and I don't hear them on the trunking system... what gives?
I once heard the fire department dispatched to a nearby MVA... I heard all the fire rescue traffic both on the radio and live but not a peep out of the squad until it drove past .......
