Hello, I'm programming up a radio for a friend that lives just outside of Stevensville. RadioRef shows they are still on low band VHF? Can anyone out there confirm that's what they're still on?

I'm sticking my nose here only because I was very curious about a PD still using lowband. One things I like to do is go to facebook pages of PDs and FDs and look at the officers portable radios and antennas on cars to identify what they're using. If this is the correct stevensville, I went to Stevensville Police Department | Stevensville MT and noticed they seem to be using VHF portable radios, this officer here appears to have a Harris branded radio. It doesn't always mean everything but their lowband license expired in 2013.
I'm not antenna expert, this vehicle antenna doesn't appear to be of what would be a typical lowband length
Thanks kind of why I was asking. The expired license threw me too. Out here in Kali the CHP use Low Band but they used to use High Band portables with a Pac-RT in the trunk. I just thought it was odd that they would still be on low band when the rest of the county is on high band. But, stranger things.
I tried the FCC ULS search using the name stevensville and the only licenses came up was the their current licenses for the Fire/DPW. If I had to guess, as many small town/village agencies do these days, they could have consolidated to one of the county sheriffs freqs.
I made it back from Montana alive. I can confirm that Stevensville PD is dispatched by the Sheriff out there. They are also a daytime only police department. At night the Sheriff responds. But considering the level of activity out there I guess it makes sense.
