Stickies on every page

I don't know about anyone else, but I really don't like having sticky threads appear on every page in a given forum. Theres a vBulletin setting (vBulletin Options, Forum Display Options, Show Sticky Threads on All Pages) that shows them only on the first page of a forum, in case Lindsay needs/wants something else to do!
