Cmd Post

Anyone know of any situation in the city, poss. SWAT? They were talking on A3, something about TAC Medic 2, and a command post.

Any ideas?

Threatened suicide by jumping from a cliff at Loch Raven Reservoir....air en route - area difficult for officers to access by ground. Balt Co ID 1808.

{edit} the girl is in contact w/ 911 via cell...claims she's in a secluded area, on a cliff.....

.....changed her mind and jumped back into her car....air looking for her.

BioHazard Call

Baltimore City Box 2-1; 111 Market Place

E-2 o/s a possible biohazrd, requesting Hamzat. Hazmat 1 o/s, now requesting BC6 to respond.

Working off A1 right now.

At 1059: E23 dispatched to scene. Looks like they are beginning to ramp up the response...

Mo, did you happen to catch the Baltimore County Fire talkgroups or channel assignments associated with Harford County? Somewhere in BaltCo's band plan, there are probably a couple of spots for mutual aid to Harford. They are not currently in the database but show in the zone list as being in Zone L.

And there's Harford County calling for the Ladies Auxilliary again to deliver food and drinks. They can't seem to fight a fire without that happening. Actually, it's kind of a neat custom harking back to older, more simple times.

Nope. I was listening for it, but the Baltimore units switched over on their own.

Mo and David: Good job getting that alarm out. You were typing at the same time. I really appreciate these alerts during daytime hours when I'm working rather than scanning since I'm not paying close attention. Right to C1 I went.

Baltimore County dispatch 46.46: Odor of gas in Elmwood Elementary School on Dale Avenue. A gaggle of units are on the way.

TRS TG624 is the response channel.
The school has been evacuated.

Still investigating but nothing is showing on detection meters.
Holding two units, clearing the rest.

Looks like we may have a fire at Catholic University (464.575): One of the security officers reports smoke billowing out from around the door of one of the student apartments. She wanted to open the door but was told in firm terms to NOT open that door. Fire units from somewhere are responding - I suppose it would be the D.C. fire department.

[Edit] Appears to be food left on a stove. They mentioned going to channel 2 which I don't have and can't find immediately.

Major vehicle accident just outside Centerville on the Eastern Shore. Medic units from Queen Anne's and Talbot Counties responding.

Air evac called for at least three patients.
