boatpix flies around and takes pictures of boats underway.

They then try to get the owners to purchase the pictures.

Going forward should be some nice high priced boats in the tournament to photograph.

I see those Hawkeyes almost daily sometimes passing through NJ. They go up the Hudson River then back down to Chambers NAS, VA. I'm guessing getting in some flying time. Sometimes they show on ADS-B. Callsign is normally Greyhawk.

Surprisingly, the ground units from the two counties had comms problems, even though their radios are capable of interoperating. SMH.

Starting 8/1 there has been a new one orbiting HGR (likely SNC facility related) - A3E5A8

Code for N350JU which isn't registered to anything. Listening to HGR tower from yesterday I hear CAVE54 inbound around 1530Z. Those tracks are a PITA to make out start and finish times. Once on the ground tower asked if t-storms were going to wash them out in the afternoon.

08/09/19 @ 1400 local- Tanker orbiting off the east end of Long Island. Possible POTUS CAP for a fundraiser he's attending before coming to NJ. Every once in a while I get a weak hit on 260.9
