AC-130 87-9288 SPECTRE61 making a long trip to the east from NM, now inbound to some place in NW NY.

0950- SPECTRE61 landing at Niagra Falls. Actually using a RCH callsign. Tower wondering what the hell they're doing there with an aircraft that large.

I doubt all the MC-130s coming out of Mildenhall are normal flights for New Year's Day.

Getting their gear in early.

The 2nd RAF C-17 ZZ171 departed Dover for Nellis this morning but guess had a problem
and rtb Dover quickly.

Just switched from 306.20 to 270.30 at 0058Z Level 36K and no RVSM.
