Not sure why I didn’t think of it before, but the callsigns are representative of the wars.

NAMM = Vietnam
STORM = Desert Storm
TERROR = War on Terror
FUTURE = (duh)

1655 local- It looks like they're all still hanging up over Dutchess County, NY, probably refueling.
The B-52 is the only one showing on ADS other than the tankers.

Refueling is indeed over the Hudson Valley:

• SPUR flights with Boston on 134.3
• STORM, rest are with Boston on 256.9
• Thunderbirds on 141.175
• 228.9 also active

All changed to 353.75, heading southbound as Thunderbird 1 flight.

FUTURE 11 flight dragging BLUE ANGEL 01 on 289.800, Blues are using 284.250 tac. Also up with HUNTRESS 228.900. Information passed to me by a friend; they are still out of my range.

We were caught off guard. The B-52 was the only one showing on ADS. We ran out to the deck after the first group had already passed. Sounded like fighters. They were in 4 groups separated by about a mile. The wife had her super duper Nikon on auto. I picked the best ones.

Yes they are airborne over DC

Did anyone else catch the air boss from the Tbirds yelling at everyone to keep quiet during refueling over the Hudson?
Way too much chatter for such busy airspace.
Sad I missed it, was hoping for a direct from Boston to NYC, would’ve flown right over me.

Just got home from Manassas. The Warbird flight callsigns are ATLANTIC##, PACIFIC## and KOREA##.

There were 5 P-51s, N151AM is not one of them. Just heard something unusual, it was Fifi going by my house.

1954- Just spotted the B-2 heading SW high over Dulles.

About 20 min ago I heard a TERRA flight inbound for Andrews. Never saw anything on ADSBx.
