Ron or anyone near Andrews do you ever get coms on old Andrews CP 141.550?
I never hear that freq used anymore except at times in FM mode get strong P-25 type ENC Coms not air related.
Checking latest ADWS Notam posted below they only mention 378.100 as CP freq.
Airnav lists 143.800/351.200 as AFRC Ops (Reserve units) but still has old 141.550 as CP along with 349.400. prob outdated.
No mention of a VHF CP below.. Guess use your cellphone if only VHF equipped?

ALL FLIGHTS ARRIVING KADW WILL
CONTACT ANDREWS COMMAND POST ON UHF: 378.1 OR PHONE: 301-981-5058
NLT 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. REPORT WHETHER OR NOT ANY CREW OR
PASSENGERS ARE EXHIBITING SYMPTOMS OF RESPIRATORY ILLNESS AND/OR
FEVER. ARRIVING NON-AMC FLIGHTS ORIGINATING FROM A COUNTRY WITH A
TRAVEL HEALTH NOTICE OF LEVEL 3 WILL BE MET BY MEDICAL SCREENING
PERSONNEL AND ALL CREW/PASSENGERS WILL COMPLETE A PROVIDED MEDICAL
SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE PRIOR TO DEPARTING THE AIRCRAFT. 25 SEP 13:03 2020
UNTIL 25 NOV 23:59 2020. CREATED: 25 SEP 13:03 2020

Well There is CP air stuff, and then an LMR CP frequency, where the CP calls and talks to senior leadership on the ground to keep them informed of important events. I'd be a little suprised if this isn't encrypted. I think you may be talking about an LMR CP frequency.

Thanks

1200- Blue 91 (KC-10 # 87-0121 AE0223) over Harrisburg PA, working Brickyard CP (134.1). Right behind him is Blue 01 (KC-10 # 86-0032 AE022A).
Both are coming into WRI from Pease NH taking the long way around (Pease to Buffalo NY area then turning over Harrisburg to WRI).

BLUE 91 and BLUE 01 departed from Pease to KWRI, TREND 41 and TREND 51 departed yesterday to Whiteman AFB.
Soundclip with their clearance: TREND41

1415- Reach 148 (C-130J # 16-5834 AE5DF7) transiting area heading east & working ZNY Harrisburg (133.475). Looks to be heading for WRI.

1422- Iron 31 (E-6B # 154409 AE041B VQ-4 Det) over southern VA at FL270 working way into PAX. Working Shado Maintenance (310.15) advising they will be in early & dropping off 7 crew--about 20 mins out. sounds like they are going back out soon after landing.

Probably a couple of 71st FS T-38s (no calls noted) working on discrete (373.1).

1445- Short weak xmissions on 259.0 which I have listed as a Coronet freq.

Ron I think that is 4 Mass ANG F-15's working out of Langley.. 259.000 is one of their their main A/A freqs. The other is 259.900
I Posted this last Weds afternoon. I think callsign now was HAWK 21 flight..

1450 local Four fighters A/A 259.900 coming down coast and can see now
Ocean City Maryland.. One fighter passed on ATIS info of Langley.. Pointing out Assateague Island and
explaining to others about the horses etc..He is familiar with area like tour guide but others are not.
Callsign numbers on A/A sounded like OP 21,22,23,24
Bunch of Mass 104th ANG F-15's?

GOLD 78 departed BGR at 13:20Z same route as 68 via TOPPS. (Missed the destinations as the 10:30Z archive was missing).

GOLD 69 was off BGR at 13:55Z via EBONY then NE, with a clearance to final destination KWRB (Robbins AFB).

GOLD 79 also to KWRB with a delay to depart BGR now at 15:50Z.

Maybe meeting up in Iceland?

Looks like it ? The BGR flights 68-78 didn't seem to be pulling anyone so seems odd (to me) they would stay low at FL270 ?

My theory is that the USAF NATO F-15 detachment in Iceland is ending.Pattern in Iceland seem like one month rotations among NATO.
Some of these 48th FW F-15's are due for Depot maint so rather have them all go back to RAF Lakenheath
some are bound for Warner Robins like you say for overhauls hence GOLD's on both sides of Atlantic.
My WAG anyway :)
1025am local GOLD 76 back inbound UK from Iceland...
