More travel news for Friday...

At 11:50AM EDT, AF2 will depart Washington, DC en route New Haven, Connecticut. The departure from Joint Base Andrews
At 6:45PM EDT, the Vice President will depart Tweed New Haven Airport en route Joint Base Andrews.

Because of inclement weather in New Haven, CT, the Vice President will now depart from Joint Base Andrews one hour later than scheduled. (but looks like it will be longer than an hour since the statement was issued one hour ten minutes after scheduled departure)

VP just arrived Wheels Up soon, 99-0003 finally on the way.

1400 local- (3) Chinooks FREIGHT TRAIN up the NJ coast, now north on the Hudson River 38.70 FM, sight seeing, pointing out Statue of Liberty, etc
CH-47F 159th Avn Regt Joint Base Eustis/Langley
Always like the Freight Trains.. Fort Eustis train Army folks how to run freight trains.
Course last I read they bring in ex Norfolk Southern engineers to train them..
They have something like 75 miles of track just on the Post property
Will have to add that 38.70 to rotation :)

1030am local RIVER-11 flight of 2 at FL5k with Philly apch UHF inbound KILG runway 27.
This morning saw a pair of large Army type helos about this time come straight overhead at work
but couldn't make out types.. Seemed like fancy Blackhawks from underneath.
Could be these guys from Ron's list.. RIVER CH-47D, 2-3 AVN, GSAB Hunter AAF Savannah GA
The ones I saw were not Chinooks however.. CH-47D's prob long retired or upgraded.
Seems Alpha Company 2-3 AVN from there flies Blackhawks.. Alpha Company, 2-3 Aviation Regiment - GSAB - Home | Facebook

Fighters don't show on ADSBx and ident as NOBEL so you don't know for sure. Some times you can figure it out by listening to incoming/departing fighters on ATC.
Yea, I was just wondering if anyone was listening to frequency. I have them but I can’t pull them from up here in NY.
