Usually CABAL is Pacific Altrav callsign.. Odd unless for the B-1's who seem to be heading home soon from Norway.
Even that doesn't make much sense

Yes, it makes no sense at all .... CABALs were earlier inbound from the Pacific to Travis.
KC-10A CABAL 91 (79-1950) from Guam to Honolulu last week, but cancelled after all....

Busy day for the Upstate NY MOAs/ATCAAs/ARs tomorrow.

It would take me years to type all of the active times and altitudes so I attached a few screenshots. I will not be able to monitor my scanner tomorrow, just ADS-B Exchange and possibly LiveATC at some points. If anyone has any idea who is operating in the MOAs/ATCAAs that are not on radar please let me know.

Those E-2's and C-2's do that route almost daily. Often passing directly overhead of my work location at about 1,500 ft. I must have missed him today. I'm assuming they're getting in flying hours.

Noticed a GLF2 in W-102L Looks like it's MTH5TB MIT Labs Hanscom AFB KBED. N105TB/A018F2 He's in there with another player. NONE of my MIT KBED freqs in use. Did some searching and have them A-A on 123.225 which I believe is a known Northrup-Grumman test frequency? If I catch the other plane's info, I'll post it.

1114- Got one of the Batons (EC-130Js) working Baton Ops (395) advising they had problems with VHF radio # 1 so they were late to take off. No call noted but ADS-B is showing EC-130J # 96-8153 heading south and is over Winchester VA

ADSB-X shows GOLD 72 KC-35 62-3578 AE07BE offshore from Cape Cod heading SW 11:45 local
Plus the usual MQ-9s out of SYR, PYTHON 01 and COBRA 01 working Grimm and Oswego. I thought maybe AR609 was going to be for fighters but so far just STEEL 71 with PITT 50. I'll let you know what pops up in the afternoon shift.

1200- Decoy 99 (C-17 # 96-0006 AE0780 167th AS WVA ANG) working AAR training in AR 218 with 171st ARW KC-135R (# 58-0077 AE035E) out of Pittsburgh.
RCH529 probably heading back home to MacDill ? This aircraft was last previously seen heading northbound towards the Arctic on March 23rd. Flying out of Norway to support the B-1s ?
