Noticed BANKR 82-83 heading north this morning. BANKR is usually a CAP callsign, do they use it for Coronets too ? Also SPUR 85-86-87 northbound. 85 out of PIT is going to Eielson PAEI, so maybe the SPURs are just positioning for a Coronet ?
Bankrs sure seemed on Polar Route somewhere and at 25k seem to be dragging someone North.
Thought maybe Potus planning a surprise stop somewhere
on way back from Geneva.. A Greenland Stop? :)

Alaska Red Flag 21-2 going on there so maybe surprise Bomber visit or another Coronet for the SPURS?
Interesting stuff going on..

Tracked the BANKRs down briefly on the Edmonton High Arctic sectors (YFB), routing over 72N80W. Could not determine who they were with ? Around the same time heard BRUISER 01 (via MEDPA) and REDEYE 01 (via GELBO) eastbound handed off to Iceland Radio on HF. There was also a Canforce HUSKY 75 flight of 3 in the vicinity of YFB.

1738 local DIAMOND-11 or DIMON-11 flight of 2 at FL 8k inbound McGuire UHF all the way in.
Tells Ctr nothing heard on that apch freq 273.750 so gets 375? Has info Hotel and inbound for runway 6.
I think slow movers as mentioned he was going from FL8K down to FL6k. fighters won't normally announce that small change in altitude.
Was a flight of 2 f18’s they just departed WRI

Thanks.. Seems two Navy FA/18 units use the DIAMOND callsign. someone else pointed out was VFA-146 and
prob is most likely them. Still based a long way from here, just visiting I guess from the USS Roosevelt which is in San Diego now.
VFA-146 - Wikipedia

The other is VFA-102 - Wikipedia who also use callsign DIAMOND. Not likely them :)

Interesting hit showing on ADSBx over Windsor Castle Helo NH3, with hex of 43C290 registration XW214. Just wondering given the person there if that could be a spoof and callsign stand for NIGHTHAWK 3? Appeared about same time M1 departed.

Headed from Windsor to Heathrow as SAM18 is flying in from the west. Both FLOTUS and POTUS set to depart soon.

EXECUTIVE 1 FOXTROT today is 98-0002 just departed from Heathrow to bring Jill Home, earlier than scheduled departure, SAM18 over Brussels, SAM46 & AF1 on the way to Brussels

AF1 on a strange flight path compared to SAM46. Changed call to Executive 1 Foxtrot briefly and back to AF1.

A couple of ADW KC-135s have been working out of Finland the last few days using their DECEE callsigns.

In support of Arctic Challenge Exercise 21.

The Kallax Air Base is covered on the ESPA LiveATC feed. I checked the 9th on the archives and there is a lot of activity starting at 1100 UTC. What sounded like USAF callsigns heard were WEASEL, SNIPER, and what sounded like CYJON (?), plus others ROCKET, GREMLIN, COWBOY, ODIN.

Not really clear on the archvies, asked for a return to DOV and the ZDC controller asks if they need anything and they replied "not going to declare at this time", then switched back to approach where it sounds like they said the same thing (poor reception quality).

Seems several of the C-17's doing rtb Mil gear work out of Afghanistan are having mech problems.
Sure will be nice to get out of that sandpit and God forsaken hole in the World.
Family and friends in Alaska are prob ticked.. "You said you would be home this weekend"?
"Sorry Dear stuck in Dover with busted plane".. Life as crew in the USAF Reserve.
Dover has a couple nice Hotels on base but I bet still frustrating.

Not a spoof. It was a Puma helicopter providing support for HMX-1. It normally uses a “Vortex” callsign (SHF).

You can see the Puma at 1:10 in this video:
