One of the numerous GOFER flights 96-1003 with a loadmaster with the 109th Airlift Squadron watcheing the C-130 Hercules start their engines in St. Paul, Minn., Jan. 18, 2021. More than 850 Minnesota Guardsmen giving support to civilian authorities in Washington D.C. for the 59th Presidential Inauguration. Wonder how soon before the boys get to go home and get a good meal, meals being delivered to troops in DC is the other photo, I doubt those are hot meals, unless the MRE have a heating element.

They may be US Navy E2 or C2 aircraft - guessing.....freq now is 118.9 for ATC

fading fast - sounded like they were close and low to me.....could barely hear them on 118.9
An E-2 came over my work just after lunch (1 pm to 1:30ish). (My work is a few miles south of NWS EARLE). Up the Hudson River then back down. Sometimes this is a daily run. I'm guessing pilots need flying time. He started showing on TIS-B once he was over Sandy Hook Bay. The usual callsign is GREYHAWK.
